Spacious, clean room. Friendly & helpful staff. Easy access to Cleveland, but without the congested city traffic. Good restaurants nearby. Good hot breakfast with egg & sausage. Food are refilled frequently, never runs out.

They took 1/2 off my bill because the shower was broken
Shower only had hot water, the handle fell off in my hand. NO SHOWER THAT MORNING!

I stayed in six different motels on my trip across the country. This is the only Place that did not have my reservation even though I had a booking number. I had a long day but Luckily they found me a room. Very disappointed.

FRONT DESK STAFF REALLY FRIENDLY. I WANTED TO STAY HELPFULL AND PLEASANT.
I MISSED BREAKFAST.....I LOVE THE BREAKFAST AT THE COMFORT IN. NEED A INSIDE POOL AT THIS LOCATION.

the thoughts of health safety, particularly the mold and smell of wet carpets or filters that needed to be changed in room 301. When I asked the front desk for an air filter to clean up the problems while we were gone, they asked what did I mean, a humidifier? No, an air purification system for bacteria and safe breathing during sleep. They told us all rooms weren't like that but never offered to put us in one that didn't have an offensive smell. We stayed 4 days.
